This is an amazing product, it has lost a star though because it is only available in 1kg. I used to to buy the big bulk container and I'm disappointed it's no longer available.

I am trying this as I have recently put on a bit of weight. I have used Ripped for years but I thought I needed a little more help this time and went for the WPI. I found it really good at knocking hunger on the head and is helping to reduce my calorie intake especially when I haven't organised a proper meal, I simply add a half spoon of psyllium husk to the mix and give it a good wizz and I'm done.*

BEST TAKEN
Mix 40g (approx 2 scoops) with 250-300ml of cold milk or water. Best taken within 30 minutes of training and/or between meals. Serving size and frequency may be increased for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional.
