the best protein water out there

I was a little hesitant on trying this because all protein waters I’ve tried in the past have either been too sweet, or still have that milky aftertaste. Vital Strengths Protein Water is the best out there, packed with collagen, electrolytes, low on cals and just the perfect amount of sweetness that isn’t too overpowering. My only fault would be how foamy the drink gets once you’ve shaken it, but aside from that everything else has been really effective for the extra daily protein intake.

Protein + Collagen + Hydration = everything I need in one drink! AND it actually tastes delicious! I just put a scoop in my drink bottle and drink it throughout the day. My only problem is my kids keep trying to drink it because it seriously tastes that good!
NUTRITION
BEST TAKEN
Mix 26g (approx. 1 scoop) with 400ml of cold water and shake to mix. Leave to settle for approx. 1 min. Best taken within 30 mins of training and/or between meals.
Serve size and frequency may be increased for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional.
