a great protein mix with a great variety of nutrients and supplements, with out too much sugar or carbohydrates. Oh and it tastes great! The Hydroxy Ripped vital strength protein powder is in my opinion one of the best on the market.
It is easy to mix up and great taste.I use the chocolate blast. I find this the right flavour for myself.
Since using ripped in 6 months i have cut back in fat and gained great amount of muscle i have gone from 97 kg currently sitting at 87 kg. I would definitely recommend the use of hydroxy ripped protein powder. I am very glad i tried this powder. It is a great post work out protein to use.
I would not use anything else.

I'm getting better results since switching to RIPPED about 6 months ago. I've found I can maintain a pretty high intensity weights program while still keeping my carb count low, something I struggled with previously.
In addition, RIPPED doesn't have that 'powdery' feeling in your throat that you get after drinking other powders, it mixes so well.
And I haven't even mentioned the taste! ... no other powder has come close. 5 stars!*

This is by far the best protein powder I've ever had, it tastes good and works a treat. I have gained 5kg of muscle in 2 months and lost lots of weight. I wouldn't ever shop anywhere else for protein and I am recommending this to everyone! Definitely shopping here for everything!!*

The title says it all, best protein I've tried so far. And i've tried HEAPS! From Oxywhey EHPLaps, Vennom, Gold Standard and more. This is my second batch of the 3kg and I will stop trying any other protein. Its easily consumed with just water, it doesn't get lumpy and the taste is just right. Its not too sweet and its just easy to down. I started on this protein in 2014 and seen dramatic changes to my body. I was so happy when i got my dream body until i fell pregnant. Now that my baby is 3 months old and I'm no longer breast feeding i can come back to drinking VitalStrengths Ripped Thermo Protein. <edit: This product is NOT suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding> I can't wait to see how my body turns out this time. I will definitely recommend this protein to all my girlfriends.*

Where to begin?

3 years ago I weighed 114kg (approx. 32% body fat) and had no idea about anything that wasn't deep fried. After finally deciding to kick my ass into gear, I started to slowly learn the ins-and-outs of what it takes to lose my excess fat as well as start to bulk up. Fast forward to today and I'm sitting pretty at 82kg and 10% body fat.
Protein shakes were a massive part of this process and I have tried more than I can count. Dozens of different brands, flavours and prices, and I can easily say that Vital Strength Ripped is far and beyond the best of the best for my needs. I couldn't be happier with what I've achieved, and whilst some other proteins may come close with results and taste, they price tag that generally comes with those is 2 or 3 times more.
