Mix 10g (approx.1 scoop) into 250ml of cold water and stir or shake until dissolved. Consume 30 min prior to your workout. Consume according to directions to avoid possible gastrointestinal upset. *Assess tolerance with 1 scoop, progress to 2 scoops if required.
