This product it great but the only problem I have with it is that there was no scoop to measure the correct amount out. Also the case with the BCAAs

Hi Zane, we dont include scoops with our pure aminos acids, but we do provide a measurement guide on the pack. 1 Teaspoon =~5grams. -

After using multiple types of creatine, I found Vital Strength to be the most beneficial. I’ve achieved optimum results after taking Vital Strength’s creatine and it is very easily one of the best on the market. It digests well, leaving no stomach aches you may receive from other creatine sources out there. I also like the plain flavour, making it easier to mix with shakes as you don’t need to flavour match. As always, Vital Strength doesn’t disappoint. I started using 5g of creatine in my post-workout mix and noticed clear improvements in my muscle strength levels. It comes in a small package but will last you for a long time as you are only supposed to take a few grams of it. It is tasteless so I can’t comment on its taste.

I have been using this product for about a week now and have found it to give me a great muscle pump during my workout's and also I have found it has aided my recovery the next day.

Mix 3g into water or juice and stir until dissolved. Consume 20 minutes before training. Serving size and frequency may be increased for athletes after consultation with a fitness or health care professional. This product may be used by professional athletes undertaking a Creatine loading or maintenance regime.
